It can be even more challenging during the holidays to try to fit in some exercise.   Try to get the family involved with exercising.  Take the kids for a walk.   If it’s snowing, get the kids outside and play with them in the snow.   It will set a good example to get your children moving.  Try to make it a fun activity for everyone.   If you get active, you will burn calories.  It will also boost your mood and keep you healthy!  Fitwatchr wants you to meet your activity goals and have a happy and healthy holiday season.
