Start today

Procrastination is not your friend.  Being proactive about your health has to start now!  Let today be your start day.  Today is the day I will walk twenty minutes.  Today is the day I will drink water instead of a diet drink.  Today I will track my steps.  @fitwatchr is here to get you started.  Don’t wait another day.  Tomorrow can last forever and show up on your scale as ten extra pounds.
