Beware of the Halloween candy.

If you don’t want your belly to look like a pumpkin for Halloween, beware of the Halloween candy in your house.  Do not purchase your favorite candy.  Eat dinner before you hand out the candy.  If you are full, you are less likely to snack on candy.  Have some healthy treats out for yourself.  Snack on some crunchy vegetables instead of those sugary treats.  Most of all, be mindful of what you are eating this Halloween.  If you do have some candy, limit yourself to just a few pieces.  Moderation is key!   http://fitwatchr.com
